Move On For.
The Guidebook for the In-Between
Maybe you are right in the middle of it.
And it feels like you are losing yourself.
You wake up in the morning, have slept – and yet you don’t feel rested. Your thoughts are there, but they no longer connect. You somehow function – but you don’t know for what anymore. And the longer you feel into yourself, the clearer it becomes: Something inside you has long since said goodbye. You just don’t know exactly what it is – and what wants to come now.
In accompanying people, but also in my own life, I encounter this experience more and more frequently. It feels like falling apart. Not dramatically from the outside, but quietly, internally, insidiously. You still remember how you used to be. But you feel: This version of you no longer carries you.
And that’s exactly what this book is about. This book is not a guide with ten steps to self-discovery. It is also not a spiritual crash course.
Moving On For is a manual for the interim. A companion for just the moment when the old no longer supports and the new has not yet revealed itself.
