Orientation conversation for couples

In relationships, we often see the other very clearly and ourselves surprisingly little. We look at what actually works between you.

A couple holding hands on a beach with sand and water visible in the background.
A couple sits on a rock watching the sunset, with the woman resting her head on the man's shoulder.

At some point, you no longer see the person, but the story

Especially when two people are close to each other, dynamics arise that sometimes have little to do with the actual conflict. Old wounds, expectations, fears, different perceptions, and mutual reflections overlay what is actually present between two people.

Therefore, the orientation conversation for couples is not about finding out who is right. It is about making visible what actually works between two people and what your shared path is determined by.

Through my perceptual ability and my work as a channel, I can often recognize very clearly where both people stand, what connects them, and where something has arisen between them that prevents closeness, communication, or mutual understanding.

A view from above on your relationship

In doing so, I do not only perceive what is being said. I look at the dynamics behind it.

My perspective is not that of a classical couple counseling. Through my ability to connect with an overarching perception, a view from above on your relationship and the dynamics that work between you arises.

I also name the blind spots. Clear. Direct. Without blame. Because often a relationship changes in the moment when two people understand what they have actually been reacting to all the time.

Who is this conversation for?

  • For couples who want to understand not just what isn't working, but why it isn't working.
  • For people who want to know if their own perception is deceiving them or if their intuition has recognized something long ago.
  • For couples who are ready to look at themselves as honestly as they look at the person beside them.

It's not about preserving a relationship at all costs. And equally not about recommending a separation. It’s about orientation. Because only when it becomes visible what really stands between two people can a conscious decision arise about how to proceed.

Your path begins here

In the orientation conversation for couples, we address these questions:

  • What actually belongs to you – and what belongs to the other?
  • Where do you react to each other, even though an old wound is being addressed?
  • Where do you reflect each other?
  • What does each of you try to protect?
  • What do you perhaps already know or feel about your relationship, but are still hesitant to really look at?

The exchange between you and Silke takes place via Zoom. This conversation can provide both partners with affirmation of their own intuition and simultaneously open up a completely new perspective on the other.
