Orientation Conversation Vocation
Perhaps you are not seeking your vocation
What am I really here for?
There is a difference between what we do professionally and what our abilities are truly meant for. Sometimes our professional path leads us successfully through our lives for a very long time—until we reach a point where success alone no longer provides an answer.
Then another question arises: What am I really here for?
The orientation conversation vocation is about your abilities, your development, and viewing your previous path from a new perspective. Through my perception as a medium, the connection to the spiritual world, and my work as a consciousness trainer, we look at what is inherent in you and where you currently stand on your path.
Vocation begins with awareness
Vocation does not necessarily mean leaving everything behind and starting a completely new life. It begins with the awareness of who you are, what you can do, and what significance your abilities have in this life.
Perhaps what you lack is not the vocation. Perhaps you just lack the perspective to recognize it in your own life.
Your path begins here
In the orientation conversation vocation, we will address these questions:
- What abilities are you already living?
- What do you hold back?
- What have you perhaps taken for granted for a long time, even though that is where one of your greatest talents lies?
- What significance did your previous profession have?
- And what significance does it have for what wants to emerge now?
The exchange between you and Silke takes place via Zoom.
We will schedule the appointments individually after consultation. Book your orientation conversation regarding your vocation here – afterwards, I will get in touch with you to coordinate your appointments.

Understanding what is really happening between you
In relationships, old wounds, expectations, and reflections overlay what is actually present between two people. The orientation conversation for couples makes visible what you are actually reacting to – clear, direct, and without blame.
Orientation conversation for entrepreneurs
When numbers do not tell the whole story
On paper, everything speaks for a decision – but internally something feels off. The orientation conversation for entrepreneurs complements numbers and strategy with the perception of what operates below the visible level.
Family orientation conversation
Some topics begin long before us
Families carry imprinting, unspoken truths, and dynamics across generations. The family orientation conversation makes the connections behind it visible – not to find blame, but to change perspective.
